Summer Classes
Graded Technique
HIS Dance Academy provides a safe, nurturing environment where each student may explore their technical and artistic capabilities. Our goal is to inspire young dancers to grow and expand in their faith and to reach their full potential. Weekly classes offered in Ballet, Pointe, Modern, Musical Theatre, Jazz, and Conditioning for Apprentice (ages 8+yrs with experience), Intermediate, and Advanced dancers.
Dress Code
Classical ballet attire. Modest black leotard (no mesh, lace, or low back), tights on inside of leotard, and shoes. Pink or skin-toned tights/ballet shoes. Color leotards that fit within the dress code may be worn on Mondays throughout the summer. (Excluding Intensive)​
Recreational Camps & Classes
A variety of weekly morning and evening classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for 3 years thru adults. Short-session summer commitments enable you to enjoy one or a few throughout the summer!​​
June: 3-Day Themed Camps
July: 1-Day, 4-Week Class Sessions
Summer Intensive
Required for HIS Ensemble Students
Great opportunity for Advanced, Intermediate, and Apprentice (8+ years old with experience) dancers in the community to learn from guest instructors and develop their skills!
August 4-8
JR - SR (Intermediate/Advanced) 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Cost: $320
AP (Apprentice) Half Day Intensive 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM Cost: $175
